Surprisingly, the odd thing about MSConfig.exe is it’s not located in either of the 2 most obvious directories of C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 on Windows XP, which is where the other system If you don't have admin access rights, then msconfig won't work, or you will see an "access is denied" error, or msconfig will simply stop responding. Its funny when I run it Start>Run by "MSCONFIG" or "MSCONFIG.EXE", it doesn't work....don't know why.
