I'm running WinXP and using the Windows installer cleanup program fixed my SolutionCenter.msi problem. You will be better off uninstalling it, cleanup using the the the Windows CleanUp utility available at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 and reinstalling the latest HP software from http://hp-solution-center.software.informer.com/download/ If this does not solve It tells me to insert a CD-Rom to correct it. Any suggestions are very welcome.
