Well, I chickened out on the system restore/refresh/reinstall windows 8 options as I did not want to lose microsoft office, cyberlink software, and this is a brand new computer so thought It reads "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way." Whenever i tried to open the solution center it would pop up with a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error message and shut down. Thanks for the advice!I do not have the capability of trying to check ink levels, scan from computer etc. Finally I manage to re-installed the software for my printer.Thanks!!!! Any suggestions?
