My husband decided to replace the regular color cartridge and then put the photo print cartridge back in and try to print another picture and it turned out beautifully. Remove and re-insert cartridge on left. The printer worked just fine yesterday. Check This Out And by replacing initially the colour one the problem was solved.I hope that this helps.
