In the print queue the document sits there for about 30 seconds or more until its status turns to printing-error. If I have to start replaceing parts, I would learn towards the formatter. Every so often the printer just stops working, so to speak. The 49.XXXX errors all seem to be job related( ie. We actually have 2 of these printers in-house and I can "borrow" the formatter. i've been reading this one for an hour...lol.
